GUEST EXPERIENCE

Serás el principal embajador de la marca Meliá Hotels International y de la cultura local del destino. Tu objetivo principal será asegurarte de crear una estancia memorable y única, personalizando cada detalle para conectar emocionalmente con nuestros huéspedes.

Responsabilidades

  • Actuarás como el planificador personal de los huéspedes VIP, asegurando que tengas una experiencia personalizada y de alta calidad.
  • Desarrollar propuestas creativas y mantenerte continuamente involucrando en el estilo de vida del hotel.
  • Garantizar que la imagen y la esencia de Meliá Hotels International esté siempre presente.
  • Formarás parte de los departamentos de las Relaciones Públicas, Guest Relations y Calidad, asegurando la correcta implementación de nuestros estándares y atributos de la marca.
  • Manejar quejas y sugerencias de los huéspedes, asegurando una respuesta rápida y efectiva para mejorar su experiencia.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Hostelería, Turismo o similar
  • Dominio del inglés (otros idiomas serán favorables)
  • Persona dinámica y con alta orientación al servicio
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas
  • Creatividad e innovación Capacidad de resolución de problemas
