About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Experience Optimization Trainee to join our Marketing & Digital team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a Digital Experience Optimization Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our CRO activities and contributing to the creation of engaging web and app content for our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement A/B Tests: Utilize Qubit to design and implement A/B tests that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  2. Create Personalized Content: Develop and implement personalized content strategies for target markets using SDL Tridion, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  3. Analyze Web and App Data: Leverage Adobe Analytics to analyze web and app data, identifying business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  4. Analyze User Sessions: Use Quantum Metric to analyze user sessions, gaining insights into online behavior and preferences.
  5. Communicate Data Insights: Effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and business growth.
  6. Market Trend Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis, forecasting demand and identifying opportunities for targeted campaigns.

Requirements

  1. Sharp Eye for Detail: Possess a sharp eye for detail and be highly accurate and precise in your work.
  2. Technical Skills: Demonstrate good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  3. Language Skills: Be fluent in English, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Team Player: Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
