Community & Social Media Internship (remote or in-person).
As a Communication Intern at Glowth Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, engaging our community, and nurturing relationships with our partners. Your responsibilities will include:Social Media Management: Curate compelling content, engage with comments/messages, and implement strategies to enhance engagement and grow our following.Community Engagement: Act as a bridge between Glowth Academy and our community, addressing inquiries/concerns and fostering a sense of belonging.Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners and influencers to create co-branded content, promotions, and events.Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of communication strategies aligned with Glowth Academy's objectives and values.Visual and Narrative Creation: Develop captivating visuals and narratives across various platforms to convey our brand's essence effectively.Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and website updates, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.Multimedia Content Production: Generate multimedia content such as photos, videos, and graphics, utilising your creativity to tell compelling stories.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to ensure content alignment with brand goals and values, and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategies, refining approaches based on audience engagement and feedback.Innovation and Trend Awareness: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to enhance our brand's online presence, staying updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain relevance and innovation.

Experience with social media management, community management, or content creation.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or any CAD software is highly desirable.Fluency in English is a must, other languages are great plus.Passion for the fashion and luxury industry, with knowledge of current trends.Ability to tailor messages to different platforms and audiences.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
