THE ROLE
Our Social Media & Operations Internship offers a unique opportunity to explore various exciting dimensions. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage sector while assisting in daily Social Media operations.
We invite you to help us enhance the DegustaBox experience for both our customers and clients in the Italian market while collaborating with our enthusiastic and dedicated team.
YOU WILL
- Compile comprehensive B2B Social Media Reports.
- Assist our Social Media Specialist with content development (Stories/Posts, Copy, Newsletters, translations, etc.).
- Actively manage the community by responding to inquiries on various platforms and monitoring daily interactions to foster audience engagement.
- Oversee community management across our Social Media channels.
- Support influencer outreach and blogger management.
- Assist the Campaign Manager with operational tasks (Logistics, Flyer design, Brand outreach, Sample management, Shipping list preparation, Product sheet creation, or Market Research report development).
- Provide support to DegustaBox customers via phone, email, and Social Media.
- Address customer complaints, offering solutions and alternatives tailored to the market.
THIS IS YOU
- You are fluent in Italian at a native or near-native level.
- You can provide an Internship Agreement for a minimum duration of 6 months.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- You are a self-starter - while we don’t expect you to know everything right away, we value your eagerness to learn.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You have a keen interest in Social Media.

- Internship remuneration of 600€ gross/month.
- Performance bonus of up to 100€ gross/month.
