Join our dynamic team at Starcom, where you will have the chance to collaborate with one of the leading retail brands in the nation.
As a Paid Social Specialist, your role will involve implementing the overarching brand strategy across various social media platforms, primarily focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while remaining agile to the fast-paced changes in the digital landscape. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the adherence to planning guidelines, fostering a seamless collaboration between clients and the internal team, and developing tailored benchmarks for each category and brand.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management and execution of paid social media initiatives, ensuring that targets and KPIs are met.
- Assisting in the formulation and implementation of social media strategies.
- Maintaining effective communication with content teams, community managers, and influencer relations to provide a comprehensive perspective in planning.
- Conducting competitive analysis of social media activities.
- Evaluating the performance of both organic and paid campaigns, applying insights to enhance the overall strategy.
- Providing updates, guidance, and support in technical setups and product launches to the activation team.
Required Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing agencies.
- Native proficiency in Spanish.
- In-depth understanding of the dynamics of the Spanish media landscape.
- A strong drive for achieving results.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
- Experience working with international clients.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
