We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Starcom Melbourne. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive business results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies
- Plan, coordinate, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' target audiences and create social media content that resonates with them.
- Manage and Optimize Social Media Campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Lead and Support Social Media Teams
- Lead and support a team of social media specialists in the development and execution of social media campaigns.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Report and Analyze Campaign Performance
- Develop and maintain regular reporting and analysis of social media campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
