Position Overview

Are you an avid social media user with a keen eye for detail? We have an exciting opportunity for you

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and moderating content on a leading social media platform, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for its community.

Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Filtering inappropriate or harmful material to maintain a safe online environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve content moderation processes.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Native proficiency in Spanish and strong command of English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Office 365 and CRM systems.
  • A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social trends.
  • A passion for social media platforms.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.

Additionally, candidates must be available to work from the office and remotely (within a specified distance from the office).

As per local regulations, proof of completed mandatory education is required for employment consideration.
