Position Overview
Are you an avid user of social media looking to engage with content from a different angle? We present an exciting opportunity for you.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess and curate content on a well-known social media platform, ensuring a secure and positive experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing user-generated content to maintain community standards.
- Filtering inappropriate material to promote a safe online environment.
- Staying updated on current cultural, political, and social trends.
Qualifications
What do you need to succeed?
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Office 365 and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Strong awareness of social media dynamics.
- Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
Must be available to work both on-site and remotely (within a specified distance from the office).
Educational requirements: As per Spanish legislation, proof of completed mandatory education is required. This includes ESO or High School completion, with higher qualifications being a plus.
What We Offer
We provide a 38.5-hour workweek contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed schedules and two days off weekly.
Available shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00) and Evening (16:00-00:00).
