Key Responsibilities:
- Review and filter user-generated content to maintain community standards.
- Provide feedback on content quality and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and proficiency in English.
- Proficient in using computers, including Office 365 and CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Strong awareness of current cultural, political, and social trends.
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center roles is preferred.
- Willingness to work both in-office and remotely (within a specified distance).
- Completion of mandatory education (equivalent to ESO or High School) is required.
