Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un/a Sales Manager motivado/a y experimentado/a para liderar nuestro equipo de ventas y reportar al CEO.

Responsabilidades

Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas.Gestionar un equipo de 8-10 personas.Identificar y cultivar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Colaborar en acciones comerciales y de marketing.Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia.Preparar informes de ventas.Gestionar el CRM – Hubspot.Requisitos Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing o similar.+4 años en ventas B2B, preferible en educación.Éxito comprobado en objetivos de ventas.Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.Capacidad para liderar y motivar.Conocimiento del mercado educativo.Autonomía y toma de decisiones informadas.Experiencia con Hubspot.Ganas de crecer y disfrutar en un entorno dinámico.Ofrecemos Salario competitivo + comisiones.Desarrollo y crecimiento profesional.Ambiente dinámico y colaborativo.Cultura digital e innovadora.Beneficios adicionales (tickets, gimnasio, seguro, pensiones).Flexibilidad de trabajo en oficina y remoto.
