Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service Representative will be:
- Handle inbound customer service activities including call handling and ticket (email) handling
- Provide support to customers on general information questions, general procedure questions, issues on the platforms, user access, and PC configuration
- Conduct outbound customer service activities such as making callbacks to address questions or provide solutions
- Send reminder and status update emails to customers
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
- Having an interest in legal matters
- Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
- Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
- Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
