Buscamos a alguien con habilidades de venta para atender a clientes en persona en el showroom. Valoramos la personalización y atención a cada cliente, por lo que necesitamos un@ Especialista en CRM consciente de su importante rol y capaz de ofrecer un servicio excepcional.
La interacción amable con los clientes en todos los canales de venta es clave para reflejar los valores de la marca y fomentar la fidelidad.
Tus funciones principales incluyen:- Gestión de campañas a través de CRM y diversos canales (email, SMS, Whatsapp...)
- Creación de comunicaciones, captación de clientes, promoción y ventas de productos alineadas con los valores de la marca.
- Elaboración de workflows, análisis de datos y colaboración con equipos de marketing y negocio.
- Desarrollo de estrategias centradas en el cliente para mejorar la satisfacción y compromiso.
- Asesoramiento a clientes en el showroom sobre productos y tallas, y contribuir al crecimiento de las ventas.
Formarás parte del equipo de performance de MR.AB, implementando la estrategia CRM para acelerar el crecimiento en distintas áreas de negocios.
Requisitos:- Formación en Marketing o áreas afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en puesto similar.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Hubspot o Zoho, HTML, reporting y análisis.
- Actitud proactiva, habilidades de venta, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Jornada completa con horario de 9:30h a 18:30h y viernes intensivos de 8h a 15h.
- Crecimiento profesional en varios departamentos de una firma de lujo en ascenso.
- Salario competitivo según experiencia, y beneficios de la marca.
