La función del Dependiente/a (Sales Advisor) es maximizar las ventas, ofreciendo un alto nivel de atención a los clientes de Ted, esmerándose siempre por hacer un esfuerzo extraordinario. Serás un embajador apasionado y orgulloso de Ted, que entiende y promueve la "Misión" y la "Visión" de la compañía.
Responsabilidades principales, pero no únicas:Dar una cálida bienvenida a todos los clientes de Ted Baker.Mantener y superar los KPI's de ventas de la empresa.Completar todas las tareas correctamente y a tiempo y seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.Reflejar los valores de la marca en la presentación personal y demostrar pasión por la marca.Seguir los principios de comercialización y las pautas de reposición en la tienda para garantizar que la marca esté representada al más alto nivel.Observar los procedimientos de seguridad y riesgos. Reportar cualquier mal uso o robo de stock a un responsable. Cualidades personalesExperiencia previa en ventas en entornos dinámicosTrabajo en equipoEnergía proactiva y positiva.Pasión por el retail y la ventaAdaptable a las necesidades de la empresa
