En U-SENSE precisamos la incorporación de un/a Revenue Manager, con ganas de desarrollar su carrera profesional en una organización en continuo crecimiento.


Misión del puesto:

  • Trabajar en la definición de la estrategia comercial de Urban Sense a nivel cadena, así como su implementación en los diferentes establecimientos adaptándose a las particularidades de cada destino.
  • Dar soporte operativo en hoteles y central.

Funciones principales:

  • Maximizar los ingresos del grupo implementando la estrategia adecuada de precios.
  • Previsión de la demanda: conocer el calendario de acontecimientos según la localización del hotel para implantar estrategia de precios.
  • Responsable de la generación de los forecast semanales y periódicos de los establecimientos.
  • Optimizar tarifas y disponibilidad de habitaciones.
  • Desarrollar e implementar las estrategias, junto con el equipo comercial de la central, para mantener o incrementar el RevPar y ADR.
  • Entender las dinámicas del mercado, monitorizar los precios de la competencia para aumentar los ingresos y los KPI.
  • Impulsar el negocio directo asegurándose de que las tarifas que se muestran en la web y sus condiciones sean siempre las mejores.
  • Responsable del control de los canales de distribución de los hoteles y mantenimiento de las bases de datos de estos.
  • Gestión y desarrollo diario de las plataformas tecnológicas: PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, CRM, Informes de BI.
  • Apoyo con incidencias con reservas, mapeos de habitaciones, tarifas, incorporación de inventario o productos reservable.
  • Apoyo en la estrategia en venta directa marcada por la Dirección.
