About the job
Equativ is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individual to join our AdOps team. As a Traffic Manager at Equativ, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. You will be responsible for a variety of internal and external management functions, including but not limited to the creation, monitoring and optimization of our Managed Service offerings.
Key day-to-day responsibilities
Be an expert on the Equativ demand tools.Create, manage and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms according to advertisers' objectives.Perform day-to-day monitoring of the campaigns' performance and apply proper optimization to achieve the best KPIs.Measure the success of all campaigns while serving as a POC for internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all campaigns.Work closely with the Product team to give suggestions in order to improve the product.Manage ongoing technical issues and work in close collaboration with the tech team to support daily operations, ensure quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations.Be hyper-responsive to the team and client inquiries that demand immediate attention and quick turnaround time.Work closely with the sales team in order to create pre-sales documents such as offers and rate cards / Create internal reports, benchmarks and analysis while working in collaboration with the marketing team.About youPrevious experience of trafficking, optimizing and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2/3 years)Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatoryOutstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced MS Excel skillsStrong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail About usEquativ is the new single name for Smart Adserver, DynAdmic, LiquidM and Nowtilus — four proven innovators in advertising technology.
