La vacante se encuadra en la Dirección de Servicios de TI y Digital dentro del área Productos y Plataformas de Transformación Industrial y Economía Circular (P&P TIEC)

Repsol está buscando un perfil de Solution Engineer dentro de la Función de TI/DIGITAL, responsable de colaborar en la transformación tecnológica, en la definición/implantación de soluciones a procesos de negocio y en la evolución de la arquitectura subyacente de los productos vinculados a Producción, Calidad y Logística operativa enmarcados en la Plataforma Core Química:

Operación y Control de Producción Química (fabricación repetitiva)

Producto Genoma de Lote (fabricación discreta)

Calidad Química y ATD (Gestión de calidad de MMPP y producto)

Producto Control Tower (planificación y programación de la producción)

Verificación de disponibilidad (gATP)

El puesto ofrece la oportunidad de participar en la migración a S/4 Hana de los productos y plataforma, así como colaborar en los proyectos de transformación y crecimiento estratégico del negocio de Química.

El candidato/a será proactivo/a, capaz de liderar la gestión de los productos soportados por la plataforma core Química, tener habilidades de gestión de interlocutores, orientación a Negocio, capacidades analíticas y ser pragmático/a la hora de solucionar problemas.

Las principales funciones del puesto son:

Entender las necesidades del negocio de Química en los procesos de Producción y Calidad.

Diseñar las soluciones asegurando que responden adecuadamente a las necesidades de Negocio y que cumplen con los estándares de calidad, sean sostenibles, seguros, mantenibles, escalables y que tengan el menor impacto en TCO.

Colaborar en la gestión técnica del End To End de los productos, contemplando todos los sistemas involucrados, las integraciones entre los mismos y la monitorización de la operación.

Diseñar la evolución de los Productos que soportan los procesos de Producción y Calidad.

Garantizar la actualización tecnológica y el impacto tanto en la plataforma Core Química como en las integraciones de la misma con otros sistemas evitando la obsolescencia técnica y funcional.

Colaborar en la definición y evolución de la arquitectura que soporta la plataforma, los productos y las integraciones.

Aportar conocimiento de nuevas tendencias tecnológicas e identificación de mejores prácticas. Ser un referente en cuanto a conocimiento técnico y funcional del Producto.

Participar en el programa de transformación a S/4 HANA para que la implantación de los procesos de negocio en los nuevos sistemas y las integraciones con las otras las plataformas y sistemas de terceros se realice con los estándares del producto, asegurando la calidad y mantenibilidad de las soluciones y la monitorización de las integraciones.

Colaborar en iniciativas de transformación tecnológica transversales (modelos de trabajo, gestión de la obsolescencia, estandarización de procesos, homogeneización de soluciones, etc.)

Gestión y coordinación del equipo de producto. Conectando al equipo externo de los productos con las necesidades de los negocios a los que da soporte. Desarrollar al equipo para aumentar la madurez en el modelo operativo.

Interlocución directa con Product owner, así como con los diferentes equipos de TI /Digital involucrados (funcionales - IT&D business partner y técnicos – Arquitectura, Productos y Plataformas, HUBS, Servicios de Infraestructura, Ingeniería...).

REQUISITOS

Certificaciones o competencias en SAP PP/ PP-PI.

Más de 2 años de experiencia y conocimiento de negocio dentro ámbito de los procesos de gestión de la Producción en sistemas SAP.

Experiencia en gestión de equipos. Habilidades de gestión de stakeholders, capaz de construir relaciones y credibilidad con los usuarios de negocio.

Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de proyectos.

Nivel de inglés avanzado.

REQUISITOS ADICIONALES

Se valorará positivamente:

Certificaciones o conocimientos en SAP QM, SAP MII, SAP Global ATP o SAP Advanced ATP

Conocimiento y experiencia en Hana y soluciones Fiori

Conocimiento de las arquitecturas de desarrollo SAP ABAP, SAPUI5

Conocimiento de arquitectura de desarrollo Kotlin y gestión de aplicaciones móviles

Conocimiento integraciones otros módulos SAP como FI y CO-PA

Conocimiento tecnologías de integración con otros software

Conocimiento del negocio de Química

Se considerará:

Certificación PMP o equivalente.

Certificación Scrum Master (Agile).

Conocimiento n metodología Lean.

Conocimiento de herramientas de monitorización y seguimiento de incidencias. Preferiblemente Service Now

Conocimientos del ámbito y procesos industrial (Refino y/o Química).

Experiencia como Product Delivery Lead/Jefe de Servicio en Repsol.
