El objetivo de este puesto es la "Gestión integral de las plantas de producción externa de REPSOL Lubricantes, tanto nacionales como internacionales y la Planificación de la producción de Lubricantes"

Funciones y responsabilidades:

Elaboración de presupuestos anuales, trimestrales y mensuales de producción y MRP de Lubricantes.

Gestión de stocks y análisis de nivel de servicio de Lubricantes.

Definición de stocks mínimas, análisis y mitigación de Mermas y de lenta rotación.

Desarrollo e implantación de optimizaciones en el ciclo de planificación.

Análisis de cumplimiento de planificación y costes

Definir, desarrollar y controlar los procedimientos que afectan a las plantas de fabricación externas.

Llevar a cabo la homologación de las plantas de producción externa (nacional e internacional).

Prestar apoyo a las plantas de fabricación externas cuando sea requerido, tanto en la etapa de puesta en marcha como de producción industrial.

Aseguramiento de suministros de producciones externas. Coordinación entre áreas

Elaborar y mantener actualizados los «Process Book» de las plantas.

Coordinar el desarrollo de nuevos productos con las plantas de fabricación externas y los departamentos de REPSOL implicados.

Coordinación de proyectos relacionados con el proceso productivo de Lubricantes, envases, embalajes, almacenamientos....

Gestionar auditorías externas (nacionales e internacionales) que garanticen el correcto funcionamiento de las plantas de fabricación externas: cumplimiento del Process Book y de los estándares de seguridad y medioambiente de Repsol.

Controlar la producción de las plantas de fabricación externas garantizando los estándares de calidad marcados por REPSOL.

Emisión de especificaciones de material auxiliar.

Coordinar en SAP el Maestro de Materiales de Lubricantes de producciones externas:

Altas de nuevos materiales de fabricaciones internacionales.

Actualización de fórmulas tanto de fabricaciones nacionales como internacionales.

Actualización de parámetros de planificación de las producciones externas nacionales.

Requisitos necesarios:


• Formación Ingeniero Superior, preferiblemente industrial especializado en organización industrial ó grado y máster de ingeniería con especialización en Organización Industrial.


• Nivel de inglés. B2 mínimo. Preferible C1.


• Disponibilidad para viajar
