Your key responsibilities
• Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
• Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
• Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders.
• Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders.
• Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
• Manage daily escalations & issues.
• Open, follow up customer's non-conformities.

You bring
• Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
• 1-3 years' customer care related experience
• You have an Advanced level of English. French & Spanish nice to have.
• Absolute customer focus..
• Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus.
