Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Identify customer needs and preferences
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information systems
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up on customer calls and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native or fluent language skills in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a strong command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience
  • Availability to work shifts in an international call center environment
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
