Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and customers, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Departure Support
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their destinations and trips.
    • Assist with visa and entry requirements, as well as excursion and service amendments.
    • Handle cancellations, refunds, and other customer inquiries.
  • In-Destination Support
    • Offer assistance with flight delays, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
    • Provide information about daily activities and local services.
    • Manage communication during crisis situations.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Achieve productivity targets, including the number of calls and emails answered.
    • Meet quality assurance standards.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with company processes, procedures, and policies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
  • Call center experience in the travel industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and soft skills.
  • Night shift availability and flexibility to work polyvalent schedules.
  • Fluency in French; multilingual talents are highly valued, particularly in our markets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM management.
  • Knowledge of travel trends and industry developments.
