As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Scandinavian languages. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Identify customer needs and preferences
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer information records

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent (business level) in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (verbal and written)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience
  • Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to learn new software
