Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Scandinavian Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our international call centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including chats, calls, social media, and emails
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Research and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain customer information systems to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
- Native or fluent (business level) in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (verbal and written); good command of English
- Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience
- Available to work shifts in our international call centre
- Strong PC literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
