Reportando al Director de Estrategia de Marketing, desarrollará las siguientes funciones:
Gestión de productos y apoyo al departamento I+D, proporcionando información sobre clientes y competencia para satisfacer las necesidades del mercado.
Redacción y revisión exhaustiva de la documentación (descripciones del producto, materiales promocionales, ofertas en catálogo, actualizaciones).
Análisis de rentabilidad de los productos. Colaboración con el departamento de ventas y soporte para recopilar datos de mercado y realizar un seguimiento de los indicadores clave.
Estudio de las tendencias de mercado y competencia para evaluar el posicionamiento en las regiones con presencia. Recopilación de opiniones de los usuarios y de los datos de soporte técnico.
Garantizar que los productos cumplen los requisitos normativos y de certificación, incluyendo la documentación, pruebas y auditorías.
Proporción de formación completa a otros departamentos, garantizando el conocimiento de la cartera de productos.
Se requiere:
Excelentes dotes de comunicación, gestión de relaciones y orientación al cliente.
Perfil metódico en la resolución de problemas, con capacidad para la adaptación a los cambios del mercado y empresa.
Destreza analítica para examinar los datos y definir parámetros clave de rendimiento.
Profesional polivalente, con capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos, fomentando la creatividad e innovación.
Disponibilidad para viajar.

Experiencia requerida
Al menos 3 años de experiencia previa como Responsable de Producto en empresas del sector industrial.
Formación requerida
Licenciatura o Grado en Ingeniería mecánica o industrial.
Idiomas requeridos
Español: nativo.
Inglés: avanzado (C1).
Requisitos valorables
-Experiencia en el sector de la calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado.
-Dominio de la gestión del ciclo de vida del producto y de los aspectos técnicos de los sistemas HVAC.
