¿De qué serás responsable?
- Selección e implementación del CRM junto con el resto del departamento.
- Coordinar con el resto de departamentos el uso del CRM.
- Identificar y gestionar los riesgos del proyecto.
- Testeo post implementación y petición de correcciones.
- Asistencias a usuarios finales.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Educación: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Hotelería o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de años de experiencia.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas.
- Fuertes capacidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones informadas.
