We are a boutique recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our "Babel Approach" to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. We do things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Tech Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking on a new challenge, uses creative strategies to find the most talented "techies" on the market, and wants to join a team where people matter.

Main Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level tech roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes. We trust you and your skillsYou will be responsible for your own clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships, creating your own network inside Barcelona & Spanish markets Attract and engage the best tech talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client's needs. We focus on quality, not quantityCoach candidates during the recruitment process helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they require you, offering them the best candidate experienceYou are passionate about technology and digital transformation, so you will stay on top of the news on the Tech sector and hiring trends
Core Skills/experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment. Experience recruiting technological profiles is highly valuedApproachable hands-on attitude who wants to learn more about the industry and continue developing their career in recruitmentAbility to build successful relationships at all levels by utilizing a personable touchGreat written and verbal communication skillsA humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun teamGenuine interest in the mission of Babel Profiles and being part of a team that comes up with innovative solutions
