Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and gaining valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and develop a profile and search plan to respond to their requirements
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using our company network and developing new sourcing channels
  • Advertising open vacancies and qualifying candidates through interviews
  • Developing your own candidates' network and following up with candidates
  • Being involved in the candidates' career management and leading ad-hoc projects
