Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and gaining valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs and develop a profile and search plan to respond to their requirements
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using our network and developing new sourcing channels
  • Qualifying candidates through interviews and developing your own candidates' network
  • Following up with candidates and being involved in their career management
  • Leading and being part of ad-hoc projects
