About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and develop targeted search plans to meet their requirements
  • Sources and identifies top talent through various channels, including our extensive network and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch
  • Proficient-level proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
