Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants in sourcing, qualifying, and developing a network of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' needs and develop a search plan to meet their requirements
  • Sourcing and hunting candidates using our extensive network and developing new channels
  • Qualifying candidates through interviews and developing a strong pipeline of potential hires
  • Developing and maintaining a network of candidates and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
