CREACIÓN PUESTO ASSOCIATE ADVISOR


Atender y asesorar a clientes particulares, empresas y agencias de viajes, ofreciendo un servicio omnicanal de alta calidad, y realizando de manera proactiva todas las acciones necesarias para la gestión de reservas en los hoteles.


VENTA

  • Cotización, confirmación, modificación y cancelación de reservas de clientes B2C y B2B.
2. Fidelización de cliente en programa.

3. Orientar según la necesidad de cada cliente, para ofrecer el destino más apropiado para que reserve sus estancias.

4. Revisar los KPI's compartidos proporcionados por Supervisión y evaluados en sus feedbacks.

5. Reporte de las incidencias producidas en los sistemas.

ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE

  • Gestión omnicanal de incidencias reportadas por los clientes B2C y B2B.
2. Responder sobre las consultas de los clientes relacionados con producto y / o programa.

CALIDAD

  • Gestionar las interacciones según el procedimiento marcado y tipo de gestión; venta, modificación / cancelación y service, para la consecución del objetivo de Calidad.
2. Uso adecuado de las herramientas para el correcto análisis de la actividad de las gestiones.

3. Seguir las actualizaciones y novedades de producto, procedimientos y herramientas.

FORMACIÓN

  • Realizar toda formación obligatoria corporativa y / o externa, así como reciclajes.
2. Participar en los workshops de Calidad.

3. Realizar la formación planificada para mejora de ratios y habilidades.

IDIOMAS :
Castellano e inglés avanzado. Valorable un tercer idioma.
