- Storytelling and Engagement: Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel valued and understood.
- Leadership and Sales: Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives, and being accountable for sales results.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Prove brand and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Operational Excellence: Manage payment operations, maintain the shop floor and visual display, and ensure a high level of security.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
- Passion and Skills: Passionate about retail, customer service, and commercial mindset, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and Awareness: Strong knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities, with digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, with knowledge of a third language considered a plus.
