Job Description

Diesel is a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, with a presence in over 80 countries and 5,000 points of sale. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team in Madrid Fuencarral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience for every client.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations, and use this insight to create a long-term authentic bond.
  • Act as a master storyteller, using engaging questions to create a memorable experience for clients.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Drive individual and team objectives, and be accountable for sales results.
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities and achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prove brand and product knowledge, managing payment operations in a punctual and accurate manner.
  • Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Think innovatively about improving and generating new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles, with a strong background in luxury fashion or retail.
  • Passionate about retail, customer service, and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to grow in the organization and adapt to new challenges.
