As an Outbound Client Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, listening actively to understand clients' needs, and comparing energy tariffs between our company and other suppliers. Your goal will be to convince prospects to sign a contract and assist customers with digital contract signing, ensuring their satisfaction within 48 hours via a follow-up call. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional products or services, such as energy control devices, maintenance services, and e-mobility items.

Requirements
  • Diploma of Secondary Education
  • Contact center or sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • High proficiency in Dutch (preferably Flemish) and a good command of English
  • PC skills (MS Office, Salesforce)
  • Good writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer orientation - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Persuasiveness – to convince others, while using clear explanations and well-formed arguments
