As a Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients and their families through the process of understanding their care needs, exploring options, and coordinating the best possible support. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring they receive high-quality care that meets their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual care needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans and recommendations based on client needs.
  • Offer guidance and support on care options, services, and financial considerations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and care providers to coordinate services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and care plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in care standards, regulations, and available resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care advisor or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and compassion with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of care services, healthcare, or social work (desirable).
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record-keeping.

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, with potential additional on-target earnings of £5,000 per annum.
