Growing manufacturing company based in Alicante.

Job Description

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain, overseeing sourcing, manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and shipping. The role is based in Alicante, but as international expansion is a significant part of our strategy, travel and participation in projects abroad will be essential.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee the entire workflow from sourcing, production, warehousing, and shipping until products reach customers or project sites.Plan and manage daily production activities in our Alicante factory.Ensure Operations is well-integrated with other business functions, particularly project management, sales, and finance.Maintain a strong and competitive international supplier base.Negotiate and secure agreements with carriers.Support the potential international expansion of our operations.Develop and maintain a commercial vision to ensure customer satisfaction.Contribute to the international expansion process with a global perspective.Focus on fieldwork to understand and address operational challenges firsthand.

The Successful Applicant

Your Background

Experience in a similar role or comprehensive experience across various areas of the Supply Chain.Industry experience is a plus, but not essential. More importantly, you should have experience in a project-based industry where installation and understanding of customer needs are crucial.Strong leadership skills with a positive mindset and strong values.Embrace a culture based on respect for individuals, openness, dialogue, and involvement.Commercial vision to ensure customer satisfaction.International perspective to contribute to the expansion process.Field-oriented approach to operational management.
