About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Platform Restaurants SL (The Palms Beach Club). As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving the restaurant's menu, kitchen operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a new menu concept that showcases our brand's culinary identity
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs, ensuring a high level of service and quality in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with our restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of chefs to support our growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen operations, and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Fluency in English, with a basic understanding of Spanish
