The Franke Foodservice Systems division is a world-leading supplier of kitchen facilities, equipment and supplies solutions. As a full system manufacturer, distributor and program management partner, we supply global chains in the quick-service restaurant, convenience store and supermarket segments, helping to manage unit growth and upgrade their facilities.

Your tasks
  • Primary Contact person for Quick Service Restaurants franchisees, restaurant managers and corporate employees
  • Responsible for full and smooth planning and execution of full-size kitchen projects and remodels, working closely with restaurant owners, architects, construction site managers, service companies and the Franke ́s office team.
  • Reach/exceed the sales goals set for the area through:
    • Frequent business planning meeting with the customers
    • Analysis of customer ́s needs and coordination of sales activities in cooperation with the Franke office team
    • Active participation in Franke ́s marketing and sales promotions
    • Promote Franke ́s equipment and services
  • Responsible to deliver accurate sales forecasting and profitable projects
  • Process of external complaints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, business administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years of proven record in sales of technical or equivalent products that apply to the restaurant business
  • after-sales service is an advantage
  • experience in QSR restaurant operations or construction is an advantage
  • Professional experience in project management
  • Familiar with business travel
Your Skills
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication, people interactions and negotiations
  • Good Business sense
  • Deep understanding of the customer ́s business, the market and its needs
  • Self-driven and result oriented
  • Structured and excellent in managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Out of the box thinker
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Very good knowledge in English; any other additional language is an advantage
  • Drivers License
