Aprendizaje de las siguientes funciones del puesto:
Tratamiento de clientes VIP.Control de estándares de calidad en el hotel.Acogida del cliente.Atención de quejas y sugerencias.Proporcionar información relativa a los servicios del hotel y de carácter turístico.Asignación de habitaciones.Revisión de cortesías, revisión de habitaciones, revisión de cumpleaños y actualización de los cárdex de clientes.Revisar entradas VIP.Colocar carta personaliza y detalle de direcciónRecibir y contestar los guest comments, y su posterior registro en sistema. Requisitos: Impresindible estar cursando estudios de Grado o Master en Turismo/ Protocolo/ Relaciones Internacionales.Disponibilidad para comenzar en el mes de agosto.Nivel muy alto de inglés y segundo idioma muy valorable.Competencias: Capacidad de organización y planificación, buena comunicación oral y escrita, resolución de problemas, gestión del tiempo, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo, habilidades en las relaciones interpersonales, adaptación a nuevas situaciones, orientación al cliente, creatividad e innovación.Conocimientos de los principales recursos y actividades turísticas de la ciudad.
