¿Qué podrás hacer?

Desde el Departamento de Transaction Services ofrecemos soporte a lo largo de cada transacción, desde la evaluación previa a la operación hasta el cierre e integración o separación. Nuestro equipo reúne a algunos de los profesionales con más experiencia del mercado en las áreas de asesoramiento financiero, estratégico y de mercados.

A través de nuestra red global de firmas ofrecemos un alto conocimiento y experiencia en los mercados nacionales e internacionales. Nuestros servicios principalmente incluyen:

  • Realización de servicios de Due diligence tanto de adquisición como de desinversión.
  • Asistencia continua en todo el proceso relacionado con la transacción; integración/separación estando muy especializados en clientes de capital riesgo y corporativos.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

  • Experiencia profesional de 2 a 4 años en auditoria externa o consultoría financiera (Deal Advisory).
  • Formación universitaria: Licenciatura/Grado en Ingeniería, ADE, Económicas o Doble Titulación Derecho y ADE.
  • Imprescindible Alto nivel de inglés (C1-C2).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Se requiere capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, proactividad, carácter comercial, buena capacidad de comunicación, iniciativa, flexibilidad y compromiso profesional.
  • Incorporación inmediata.
