Analyze automative market and sector dynamics, competitors positioning, consumer behaviours and regulations.Coordination of international tenders/agreements with HQ and IKA members.Develop the territory business. Implementation of perimeter and quota growth strategies.Management of assigned customers through a 360° consulting/advisory approach, understanding customer needs and providing them with precise information about products, services, conditions of sale and other related issues.Carry out negotiations and sales activities, agreeing with customers on volumes, conditions of sale in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets according to the defined strategy. Economic valuation of impacts/scenarios.Use sales campaigns and marketing actions for configuring the best offering mix.Proactive cross-functional relation management with other sales rep and other functionsDirect responsability on order entry management in CRMMonitor of the commercial KPIs on the related customers portfolio, as well as provide reliable short/med term forecasting considering the available data in order to maximize the service level reducing costs.Required Skills:University Studies.
