Nuestro cliente es una empresa multinacional farmacéutica. Estamos buscando incorporar un Market Access&Public Affaires Manager para unirse al equipo de Barcelona.
La misión principal es dirigir la estrategia de acceso y pricing de la compañía a nivel nacional. Las funciones son las siguientes:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias locales para el acceso al mercado en varios países.
  • Asegurar el acceso a nuestros productos, incluyendo fijación de precios, listado, licitación y reembolso.
  • Dirigir proyectos locales de Acceso al Mercado en colaboración con el equipo corporativo.
  • Preparar documentación para apoyar acciones necesarias para el acceso al mercado.
  • Elaborar una sólida propuesta de valor para partes interesadas y skateholders.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Ciencias Médicas, Farmacéuticas o Farmacoeconomía.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en Acceso al Mercado en multinacionales farmacéuticas.
  • Experiencia en HEOR&Pricing.
  • Inglés fluido y al menos un idioma local.
  • Competencias en Office.
  • Habilidades en el Leadership Model: Compromiso con la visión, eficiencia, colaboración, mejora continua, creatividad, ambición y dar feedback constructivo.
