Manager, Customer Experience/Success – Namencis EducationComo Manager, Experiencia en Namencis Education tendrás la responsabilidad de garantizar una experiencia excelente para el alumno y elevar la reputación del grupo. La misión del rol es coordinar los equipos de atención al alumno, impulsar actividades que enriquezcan su experiencia y construir un fuerte sentimiento de comunidad.Responsabilidades:• Coordinación de atención al alumno: Coordinar el equipo de atención al alumno para una gestión eficiente y alineada.• Atención impecable: Garantizar una atención impoluta en todas las vías de contacto.• Actividades y entorno del alumno: Generar actividades y experiencias que mejoren el entorno y la vida académica del alumno.• Acelerar el flywheel de las escuelas: Impulsar iniciativas que aumenten la satisfacción, las recomendaciones y el crecimiento orgánico.• Sentimiento de pertenencia: Diseñar acciones que refuercen la comunidad y generen embajadores de marca.• Coordinación de diplomas y secretarías: Coordinar diplomas, secretarías y atención al alumno para asegurar procesos fluidos y consistentes.• Proyectos y comunidad: Liderar quedadas, eventos, bienvenidas y el club ENEB para fortalecer la comunidad estudiantil y de alumni.Requisitos del rol:• 8–15 años de experiencia en customer experience o customer success.• Experiencia organizando eventos, comunidades o asociaciones.• Mentalidad orientada al servicio, la mejora continua y las métricas (NPS, satisfacción, etc.).• Perfil con energía, carisma y excelentes habilidades sociales.• Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que mejoren la experiencia del alumno.
