What are your key accountabilities?
- Uses data and analysis in problem identification (bottlenecks, efficiencies, insights, etc.) continuously searching for data sources to conduct analysis valuable to Nutreco, continuously enhancing the problem analysis/identification in terms of relevance, quality and insights, based on business requirements
- Advises colleagues and management (proactively and on request) on data and insight analysis, opportunities and market developments, in order to optimally inform and advise internal stakeholders and customers about analysis and related insights.
- Supports the business with the planning & control cycle, including the preparation of the 3year development plan and annual budgets
- Assesses market developments using analytics and data insights, so that knowledge and insight of developments in area of expertise is uptodate and ensured in the long term
- Conducts and merges complex internal and external analysis.
- Supports and promotes Divisionwide compliance with corporate policies, especially relating to the Finance and Administration functions.

What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 35 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Resultoriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills
- Professional skills using Excel, Power Point, and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus)
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English
