**What are you going to do?**

This role will give you a unique opportunity to co-create and further develop our models and solutions with access to a multi-disciplinary and highly motivated team.

**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Uses data and analysis in problem identification (bottlenecks, efficiencies, insights, etc.) continuously searching for data sources to conduct analysis valuable to Nutreco, continuously enhancing the problem analysis/identification in terms of relevance, quality and insights, based on business requirements
- Advises colleagues and management (pro-actively and on request) on data and insight analysis, opportunities and market developments, in order to optimally inform and advise internal stakeholders and customers about analysis and related insights.
- Supports the business with the planning & control cycle, including the preparation of the 3-year development plan and annual budgets
- Assesses market developments using analytics and data insights, so that knowledge and insight of developments in area of expertise is up-to-date and ensured in the long term
- Conducts and merges complex internal and external analysis.
- Supports and promotes Division-wide compliance with corporate policies, especially relating to the Finance and Administration functions.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills
- Professional skills using Excel, Power Point, and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus)
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English
