- Assist Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in explaining deviations against budget / forecast, providing context and recommendations.
- Calculation of provisions and write-downs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Calculation of investment profitability, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Cooperation with the Accounting, Operational and Medical Departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participation in international and local projects, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Supporting process transfer to GBS and standardisation of the activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics or Finance).
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding.
- Excellent social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality.
- Team Player with a strong drive to create positive work environment.
- Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks.
- Good skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload.
- Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure.

- Knowledge of SAP environment.
- Experience in BI tools is an asset.
- Understand and use modern communication software and systems.

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English language in the business environment.
- Fluency in Spanish language.
