We are looking for a a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative and financial activities of our branch in Barcelona.

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in achieving their goals.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daytoday office operations, including reception, facilities management, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage office space, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and provide administrative support to team members when needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and agreements

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to oversee budgeting and financial planning for the Barcelona branch.
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, expense tracking, and budget analysis.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee expense reports

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the Barcelona branch and the headquarters in Italy.
  • Ensure effective communication within the branch and across departments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support project management and reporting

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records as required by law.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Busines
