- Instill a culture of performance excellence, seamlessly integrating KPIs into daily operations.
- Empower team members to understand and contribute to KPI goals.
- Foster a collaborative spirit within the service team, emphasizing adaptability and resilience to change.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, providing them with leads, and ensuring seamless alignment with the Global Service Team, inspired by Nilfisk's holistic approach.
- Develop tangible forwardlooking plans and budget in collaboration with the Global Service Team.
- Translate global initiatives into actionable local plans, aligning with the Country Manager and Global Service Team on innovative strategies.
- Engage with key customers through proactive followup meetings, demonstrating our commitment to customercentric service.
- Oversee major service negotiations and support Service providers and Dealers in optimizing their operations.
- Supervise internal sales functions, promoting seamless collaboration with the Sales team to enhance synergy and mutual support
- Senior Service Director with a track record in aftersales service and operations, drawing inspiration from the wellrounded profile sought at Nilfisk.
- Experience in a similar industry, servicing professional physical equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a penchant for reporting.
- Possess a valid driving license and a keenness for travel.
- A modern leader with the ability to inspire and develop the entire service team, fostering an environment where talent surfaces and thrives.
- Visionary mindset with the capacity to drive strategic direction and communicate effectively.
