Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support: Provide dealers with technical support and solutions for product problems, producing technical reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Dealer Development: Evaluate dealer service capabilities and develop plans to improve performance, ensuring execution of technical training programs and initiatives.
  3. Strategic Initiatives: Champion business growth initiatives, such as warranty extensions and maintenance contracts, and monitor market and industry trends to drive business success.
  4. Administration: Manage dealers' warranty accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and closing field modifications on time.

Requirements:

  1. Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge & Skill (job-related): Technical hands-on experience, knowledge of industry standards and aftersales support, and good comprehension of dealer service operations.
  3. Language Skills: English and TBD (depending on the region).
  4. Field Visits: Regular field visits are required, with a minimum of 4 days per week and 3 weeks per month.
  5. Knowledge & Skill (general): Excellent IT knowledge and computer skills.
