Junior Facilities Coordinator
para dar soporte al Facility Manager en la gestión de nuevas aperturas y mantenimiento de los locales actuales.TAREAS A REALIZAR

Gestión de incidencias del área de Experience;Gestión del mantenimiento y mejora de los locales;Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de salud y seguridad;Soporte en la contratación de servicios y equipamiento para nuevas aperturas y lanzamientos;Soporte en el proceso de apertura de nuevos locales.Requisitos**:

  • Valorable formación en ADE/Economía, Project Management, Arquitectura, Ingeniería o similar.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Capacidad de resolución de problemas de forma ágil y con orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad de organización.
  • Valorable experiência en posiciones similares.
  • Fluidez oral y escrita en inglés.
  • Muchas ganas de trabajar y crecer dentro de la empresa.
  • Y sobretodo, muy buen rollo
