Tu misión:
Transmitir los valores y filosofía de Mercules tanto al equipo de ventas como al cliente.
Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la tienda y cumplimiento de las operaciones diarias.
Atención, asesoramiento y fidelización al cliente, manteniendo un alto estándar en el servicio.
Gestión de stock e inventarios.
Reportar, comunicar los temas importantes al Area Manager.

Llevar a cabo las tareas administrativas de la tienda, gestión del correo electrónico, atención de las solicitudes de la oficina central, cierres y aperturas de tienda.


El perfil ideal:
Persona apasionado/a por la moda, con conocimiento en ventas y sentido comercial.
Una personalidad organizada y dinámica con ganas de enfrentar nuevos retos.
Comprometido/a en una mejora continua, flexible y con autonomía para solucionar necesidades del punto de venta.
Fomentará un ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo.

Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente en Fashion Retail.
Nivel medio de inglés.
Conocimiento y pasión por el mundo de la moda.
Persona con fuerte orientación a la atención al cliente y con habilidades para la venta.
